1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Invodo within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
2. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your account will be moved to the Free plan — no charges applied.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will be moved to the Free plan
- Your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted
- You can export your data at any time before deletion
4. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the 30-day guarantee period, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused months.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@invodo.in with your account details and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
